PEDAGOGY DEVELOPMENT

This course dealt with the creation of a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) curriculum through team-based exploration and ideation while functioning as a university faculty member. We created the required university studies, core foundations, reviews, philosophy, course development, sequencing, and assessment rubrics. Our final work was expressed as a fictional four-year institution called “Acolyte University.” The mission of Acolyte was to forge the next generation of critical thinkers, fearless makers, and creative professionals at the forefront of the visual communication industry.
